Wonderful weekend at Pear Tree Farm. Used as a base for Dalby Forrest (15mins away). Family friendly. Already booked again!! A lovely friendly family run site. A lovely welcome from Becky who also took children 6yrs and 3yrs to collect eggs and tour the working farm in the mornings. Have already booked site again and the children have non stopped talked about their stay and told everyone about the site.

A wonderful site - stay here! The warmest of welcomes and fabulous facilities on a very level site in a location with plenty to do. Very well kept with all the facilities you could want and especially good showers. Games room a bonus and tuck shop highlight for the children. Gorgeous countryside but then it is in Yorkshire so should go without saying! Will stay again when in the area.

A lovely site, well maintained and brilliantly tranquil. This is our third visit this year. So glad we found it in the site book. The site is wonderful for couples and families. restful as well as offering a play room for adults and children alike, with pool and tennis tables. As this is a working farm it enables children to see the live stock close up. They also have a small kitchen for anyone to use, consisting of mircowave, fridge/freezer and washing facilities. Mrs Capstick has been very thoughtful when designing the site facilities. Thankyou. We will definitely be going back there on many more occasions as it's an ideal spot for visiting York, or going to the coast and other surrounding places. We live in Northumberland, but all our family are in Bradford, so staying here enables us to meet up and spend a day or two together. They all came up to the site to visit us for a day this week and really enjoyed themselves, we didn't need or bother going anywhere else with them as the children had space and freedom to play without any problems. Thankyou Beckie and family for such a wonderful place. I would recommend this site to all and everyone, whether you are staying for a week or so, or just an overnight visit. It's easy to find as it's just off the A64 between York and Malton. Ebor caravans are at the end of the road you turn down, so you can't miss the turn off. also it means you have a place on hand if you need anything for your caravan etc.
